Its been a long time in the making, but the book is finally out. With chapters on communications planning, improvised antennas, operational considerations for sustainment, tactical and clandestine purposes, digital operations and yes, encryption, this book is an easy to follow how-to manual taking you from whatever your knowledge base may be and takes it to the next level.

Its the first of several books I have planned for 2023. Videos are coming too.

We’re just getting started. Thanks for being part of the ride. Now go be dangerous.

    Ordered!

Any chance of a kindle version as well? I always like to get hardcopies, but I usually will buy one of both because being able to read it on my phone or ipad is just so dang convenient, as long as everything is still working…

    1. There’s going to be. The original format for it was unusable due to page formatting errors with the images and tables.

May be some time between now and then.

Which Baofeng radio? This way I can get the free shipping from Amazon by purchasing both at the same time.

Thanks Scout! I just received my copy yesterday and I love it. I am a beginner to radio in general and am currently working on my Technician’s license. Your book is a great resource to someone new to radio.

One question, I see a lot of people online bad mouth the AR-152, but I have noticed that you speak highly of it. Are there features or characteristics of the AR-152 that make it a better option than other Baofengs aside from the size of the radio? Any elaboration about this on the podcast would be great as I am looking for a radio to buy to start with.

Thank you so much for your effort with this and everything else that you are involved in. It is greatly appreciated by all of us who benefit from your work and expertise.

I ordered my copy last weekend, it was printed on 05Dec and delivered on the 7th. Ive gone thru most of the book just to absorb so I left the radio in its box. Its quite thorough with several tips (with explanations). This book is a keeper. The operational aspect makes very good sense, especially since my service training was “dont lose it and put it on the charging station at the end of the shift.” Thank God it literally only had two knobs: power and channel.
